You are treated from head to toe with a traditional Ayurvedic Shiro Abhyanga (head massage), with warm oil, followed by Abhyanga (full body, medicated oil massage), using Marma point activation and specialised Ayurvedic therapeutic techniques. Suitable for boosting immunity, energising, cleansing, detoxification, dosha (energy balancing), anxiety, depression, specific skin conditions or ailments.
