Ayurveda
Sanskrit Definition: "Science and Life Knowledge"
Ayurveda is a 6000+ year old health system that has stood the test of time due to its relevance, simplicity and foundations in living sustainably and at one with your natural surroundings, as relevant today as it has been since its beginning, this knowledge was once exclusive to Royal families and high order Monks of India.

Ayurveda helps you understand how unique you are with the ability to measure your physical and emotional elemental constitution, this can be determined by pulse readings performed by experienced Ayurvedic Practitioners enabling you to understand what your elemental blue-print was at conception (Prakruti) and how life circumstances have altered your health and how you present today, your current health status (Vikruti).
Certain foods are appropriate for certain elemental makeup know as your dosha, the seasons also play a part, as does the stage of your life and hence Ayurveda gives us the knowledge of how to adjust what we eat and what topical, self-love techniques we can apply together with the medicinal techniques of Ayurveda's "sister science yoga," to counterbalance the everchanging environment internally and externally that often impact our health condition.
